If this were in a slow-cooker, would 350 be the high or low setting?

Pot roast is my favorite comfort food!

For pot roast, my crock pot book says 10 to 12 hours on low or 5 to 6 hours on high. I've had great success with pot roast in the crock pot! I love my crock pot, especially in the summer.
